Easily request and view quotes (back office)

Within the platform, we support a direct quote workflow from the product page, without requiring the customer to go through the entire ordering process. The quote request uses the same configuration as the ordering process. The customer first selects the product and customizes it, including:

• variant or color

• quantities

• any printing or design choices

These choices form the basis of the request and are carried over one-to-one. After customizing, the customer selects “Request Quote,” after which the contact information form appears in the same spot on the page. The configuration remains visible in summary form, so it is clear what the request is for.

The customer then simply fills in the required information:

• company name

• name

• email address

• phone number

All fields filled in, including product and supplier information, are visible within the platform.
